|  The ski slopes of Cerler, are the highest in the Aragonese Pyrenees with the highest piste at 2. 858 metres. The resort is set in a beautiful landscape and has up to date facilities.
For nordic (cross - country) skiers the Llanos del Hospital, within the Posets Maladeta Natural Park, has 30 km of well prepared and maintained pistes which run through forest of mountain pine. | | | | | |  |  | The 'Excellence Scheme' of the Benasque Valley has created "El placer de mirar" (the plesure of looking), four drivig routes which show you the culture of Alto (High) Aragón by taking you to the most traditional villages in the area There are also 15 well maintained and marked walking routes for visitors who prefer the peace of the mountains. There are six marked routes for mountain bikers wich take you to some out of the way and rarely visited places. A new initiative for this season is "El placer de aprender" (the plesure of learning) which is a series of five routes designed to help the visitor better understand the most interesting aspects of the culture, environment and traditions of the valley. | | | | |  |  | | As well as outdoor sports the Benasque Valley has indoor sports facilities for : swimming, indoor football, basketball and tennis. | | |  | | For the spotsperson the valley can offer a huge range of activities such as : mountaineering, parapente, climbing, mountain walking, riding, golf, trout fishing, white water rafting, water sports, canyoning and mountain biking. | | | | | | |  | | |  Benasque is not just its beautiful landscape, the village also has many shops which can provide the visitor with all kinds of goods - from decorations and ornaments to photographic supplies as well as, of curse, outdoor gear and food supplies.
